Equipment Structure Features:
1. The equipment boasts an integrated composition of the main engine, hydraulic transmission system, and electrical control system. Utilizing hydraulic power, it ensures exceptional stability in both speed and pressure, delivering reliable performance in every operation.
2. Known as the single-arm hydraulic press or bow hydraulic press, this remarkable machine is designed with a column-like structure resembling a bow. It encompasses two primary components: the main engine and the control mechanism. The main part features a robust body, master cylinder, and a liquid filling device. Meanwhile, the power mechanism includes an oil tank, high-pressure pump, low-pressure control system, motor, and a variety of pressure and direction valves. Under the precise control of the electric device, the power mechanism expertly facilitates the conversion, adjustment, and transmission of energy through pumps and cylinders, alongside various hydraulic valves, to seamlessly execute a full cycle of process actions.
3. The cylinder incorporates the innovatively self-developed fast letter cylinder, which boasts unique characteristics: first, a rapid empty line drop, followed by buffer feed and rapid recovery. It ensures stable performance with low motor power demand and maintains a low oil temperature. Additionally, it features a specially designed oil return system and an automatic closed-loop design to significantly enhance the safety factor during operations.
5. The main oil tank is constructed from a meticulously crafted steel plate welded structure. Before assembly, it undergoes rigorous pickling, passivation, anti-rust treatment, and leak-proof testing. For added convenience, the main tank is equipped with a level gauge and features a cleaning hole on the side to facilitate easy maintenance. A filter is also installed on top to ensure optimum performance.

The machine offers a range of optional features: it can be equipped with waste-blowing capabilities, enhanced lighting for improved visibility, display units, electronic rulers, pressure sensors, cooling devices, and more, allowing for tailored customization to meet specific operational needs.
