3. Featuring our innovative, self-developed fast letter cylinder, this component's attributes include a swift empty line drop, followed by buffered feeding, and quick recovery. Its stable performance is complemented by minimal motor power requirements and low oil temperatures. The special oil return design facilitates an automatic closed-loop system, significantly enhancing safety.
4. Constructed from steel plate, the main oil tank undergoes rigorous processes including pickling, passivation, anti-rust treatment, and leak-proof testing before assembly. It is equipped with a level gauge and a conveniently positioned cleaning hole on the side for easy maintenance. A filter is also installed on top for optimal operation.
5. The machine features advanced temperature control for both upper and lower sections, allowing seamless switching or precise adjustment to meet the specific temperature demands of copper pipes. This human-centered design caters to the pragmatic needs of production.
6. Both the upper and lower templates offer heating capabilities, achieving a rapid heating rate exceeding 15°C/min within 130 degrees. The heating temperature range of the templates is adjustable from room temperature to an impressive 300°C.
